Op een zweedse whiskeysite, of ik begrijp de naam helemaal verkeerd, vinden we een interview terug van een van mijn vroegere idolen in gaming. Andreas 'bds' Thorstensen, waar ik vroeger een fan was van hem als gamer en manager vind ik het nu gewoon een heel interessant figuur in de gaming wereld. Begonnen vanuit een programmeursperspectief met de topsite www.geekboys.org wat later doorgroeide in SK Gaming, een van de toporganisaties van dit moment. Een uiterst boeiend interview, een stuk naar onder staat de vertaling in het engels vanuit het Zweeds!

"What has been the most exciting / disappointing thing to happen in your role within SK so far?
2003 was of course a fantastic year when we won just about everything there was. The most disappointing thing to happen was the treachery behind the CS-team going to NiP, not that they left, but that way it was handled, behind my back. I had really worked hard to build up their names for several years and then that happened. Those are the hits you have to take. After they left they really did not win anything big at all, on the contrary, ironically, the ones who came back won CPL summer and winter 2005, an enormous achievement. Short term, this weekends’ SEC and wonderful comeback for the team and SK as a whole."
