Nouja, niet helemaal, hij heeft het contract voor 2007 van SK Gaming geweigerd en heeft getekend bij de FPO, de Free Player Organization die opgezet is door Fatal1ty. Meest grappige van het hele verhaal is dat hij Jonathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel onlangs nog verslagen heeft in de finale van de WSVG, en nu wel tekent bij hem. Al is de FPO natuurlijk niet alleen maar een organisatie die om mr. Wendel gaat.
Het geheel is door Toxic bevestigd in een interview met het Zweedse www.rakaka.se en vervolgens bevestigd door bds van SK, hoewel deze nog niet wist dat hij al bij de FPO getekent heeft. Op ESReality geeft bds aan dit een onverstandige move te vinden:
bds - We offered him a contract at the end of the year, but he chose to go to the FPO. Must wish him good luck there, although I can't undestand why he would want to promote Fatal1ty instead of himself, which he could do in an organization like SK. To me he had two choices, SK or going solo and only going for results, with a smaller investor.
